Your membership share
A $5 deposit into a share savings account establishes your ownership in Arize and remains in the account during your membership.

Identification requirements.
Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
Be prepared to provide:
- Your name, address and date of birth
- Other information that allows Arize to verify your identity
- Valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license, passport or state-issued ID
- A secondary form of identification containing your name and current address
