REPAY is Arize’s convenient payment portal for managing payments on your Arize loans.
- Use debit Visa or Mastercard, credit Mastercard, or ACH.
- Schedule a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Pay by ACH from checking or savings with no payment fee.
- Payments are processed in real time.
Skip A Payment
If your loan is eligible, you may be able to defer a monthly payment. Interest continues to accrue and the skipped payment extends your loan’s maturity date.
Start your request
Submit through Online Banking or review and complete the Skip A Payment agreement.
How often can I skip?
Eligible members may skip up to two loan payments per calendar year.
Which loans are eligible?
The loan must have been open for at least seven months and be current. Mortgages and business loans are not eligible.
Is there a fee?
There is no Skip A Payment fee. Interest continues to accrue during the skipped period.
What else can affect eligibility?
A previous hardship extension within the last 12 months may make a loan ineligible. Additional terms and conditions apply.
